ABS has successfully brokered the sale of 98?36 Queens Boulevard, a 67,200sf mixed used development site in Rego Park with 140 feet of frontage along Queens Boulevard. The buyer is a local resident who understands the intrinsic value of the site, and therefore despite the current market conditions jumped at the opportunity to own such a prime site.

The ABS sales team of Steven Hornstock, Randy Modell, and Earle S. Altman represented the seller Automobile Brokers Corporation. The site has multiple potential uses: retail, residential, office/commercial facility.
