ABS Partners Real Estate has brokered a 3,000 sq. ft. lease at 363 7th Avenue for Venture Capital firm E-Line Ventures.

“E-Line’s goal was to find a space that would allow them to promote an open and creative work environment,” said ABS broker Douglas Regal who represented E-Line Ventures in the transaction. “363 7th Avenue was a perfect fit as it offered them a full floor with high ceilings and dramatic light and views in three directions.”

The firm will occupy the entire 20th floor of the building. Terms of the deal were not disclosed however asking rents in the building are in the low $40’s per square foot.
