May 30, 2008

ABS Partners Real Estate has been retained to market a 63,880 s/f East Harlem mixed-use development site. Retail, office, medical, hotel or residential uses are all as of right.

The site, 69-75 E 125th Street, is located between Madison and Park Avenues, directly across the street from the new Vornado office tower, the recently announced new home of the Major League Baseball headquarters.

Under the proposed River-to-River rezoning 50,379 s/f can be built on the site. Additionally, bonuses to 54,879 s/f and 63,880 s/f can be built for community facility and inclusionary housing respectively. The owner has approved plans under the existing zoning for a 67,000 s/f mixed-use development.

The ABS team consisting of Randy Modell, Steve Hornstock, Andrew Miller, Alan S. Cohen, and Jeff Liew, will be handling the assignment to develop, sell, or lease the location.
