ABS has been engaged as the exclusive agents to help locate a developer for 81-85 East 110th Street.

The property is on the north side of 110th Street, 20 feet off of Park Avenue. The 60 x 100.92 lot, 5,600sf in a R7-2 zone with a C1-S overlay allows for 20,830 buildable sf.

This unique site is surrounded by two soon to be developments – the western parcel through a RFP from the City of New York and the eastern and Northern parcels by the Harlem Nursery School

ABS requests the cooperation of the New York City Brokerage Community to help locate a developer.
