Dunkin Donuts recently signed a lease of 1,500 square feet at 209 West 231st Street for a term of 15 years.

Dunkin Donuts is the largest coffee and baked goods chain in the world providing their loyal customers, with high quality coffee, bagels, donuts and other baked goods since 1950. The current franchisee is a proud owner of four locations making 209 West 231st Street his fifth location and not his last.
