ABS Partners Appointed Managing and Leasing Agent for the Bricken Arcade

ABS Partners Real Estate, LLC is pleased to announce its appointment as the managing and leasing agent for two buildings at 225 West 37th Street and 230 West 38th Street, which together are commonly known as the Bricken Arcade.
Long famous as a home to numerous garment industry companies, the Bricken Arcade features 4 manned elevators, high-ceiling loft-style space and convenient access to Penn Station, Times Square and Herald Square.
ABS Partners plans a modernization of the upper floors, and available space will be delivered in vanilla condition for garment industry and other office tenants. The 18th floor of 230 West 38th Street will become available this Summer, and the 6th floor will become available in the Fall.
