ABS Partners Real Estate, LLC is pleased to announce the recent finalization of two deals at 400 Lafayette Street, a 5-story office building on the corner of Lafayette Street and 4th Street.
ABS Partners renewed 125,000 square feet for 10 years to Limited Brands of Columbus, OH. The transaction was completed by the ABS team of Jay Caseley, Gregg Schenker and Hector Rodriguez, and Limited Brands was represented by Eric Deutsch of CB Richard Ellis.
ABS Partners also leased the entire top floor – 22,827 square feet – for 7 years to Publicis, the French advertising conglomerate. Publicis was represented by Joe Thanhausich of Byrnam Wood, and the ABS team included Jay Caseley, Gregg Schenker and Hector Rodriguez.
