The 23rd Street Association of NY has moved its offices of nearly 2,000 sq. ft. to 27 West 24th Street for a four-year term.

Hector Rodriguez of ABS Partners Real Estate, LLC represented the 23rd Street
Association (tenant) and Bill Cummings of J.H. Management Co. represented J.H. Management Co (Landlord).

The 23rd Street Association was incorporated in 1929, at the time consisting of 22 charter members which over the years has escalated to over 35,000 members.

For almost 80 years, the Association has played an active role in the development and growth of the 23rd Street area into the economically thriving community that it is today.

The ABS Real Estate Brokerage firm is a unique boutique unit of professionals that own and/or manage approximately 5,500,000 sq. ft. of commercial and residential space.
