3 East 28th Street – Investor Access

Investor Access recently signed a three-year lease at 3 East 28th Street. Investor Access is a publishing company that produces several magazines which include: Private Equity International, Private Equity Manager and Private Equity Real Estate. The tenant will occupy 2,800 square feet of space on the seventh floor.
