NYU Hospitals Center – 380 Second Avenue

NYU Hospitals Center recently signed a ten-year lease at 380 Second Avenue on the tenth floor in suite 1001 for their administrative offices for a group of faculty Orthopedic Surgeons. The tenant will occupy 3,298 rentable square feet of space.

380 Second is a unique 200,000 square foot specialty medical facility with an on-site surgery facility, multiple MRI facilities with CAT scan. The building is located on east side hospital row nearby many of New York City’s major medical institutions.
