ABS Partners Announces Lease for Gemini Real Estate Advisors, LLC

ABS Partners Real Estate, LLC recently arranged a lease for Gemini Real Estate Advisors, LLC at the Union Square landmark building located at 200 Park Avenue South.  Gemini Real Estate is a full service real estate company specializing in the acquisition, development and management of retail and hospitality assets.  Gemini’s current portfolio is made up of nearly two million square feet throughout the United States.

200 Park Avenue South is the premier Union Square office building and is in the process of elevator upgrades.  Gemini will occupy approximately 3,000 square feet on the 13^th floor with Northern and Western exposures.  Ben Waller of ABS Partners represented the tenant.  “Gemini works long hours and it was important that they have a space they love and are really comfortable in,” said Waller. “It was clear when I took them to 200 Park Avenue South that this was the ideal space for them.”  John Gols of ABS Partners represented the landlord in the transaction.
