Nancy Hall, Inc., prized children’s book developer and publisher will be moving their offices to 7 West 18^th Street later this year.  The building is just steps away from Barnes and Noble’s global headquarters and is neighbors with many of the largest names in the publishing industry. 

Nancy Hall will occupy the entire 6^th floor consisting of 4,700 square feet.   Ben Waller of ABS Partners Real Estate, LLC represented the Tenant.  “The big upside for my tenant is there is terrific light on both sides, which was a must for their creative team.”  Scandia Realty represented the Landlord in the transaction.
