Midway Investors Takes Penthouse Space on Union Square

ABS Partners Real Estate, LLC announced that real estate developer, Midway Investors, LLC has signed a five-year lease for space at 200 Park Avenue South in Union Square Midway will occupy 1,633 square feet of office space on the 17th floor, along with an 800 square foot terrace overlooking Union Square

 

Ben Waller of ABS Partners Real Estate, LLC represented Midway in the transaction.  “Being on Union Square is great for Midway.  It sits on top of the transportation and cultural hub of Manhattan.” said Ben.  John Gols of ABS Partners Real Estate, LLC represented the landlord in the deal.

Midway Investors, LLC is a venture formed by several principals of Merlon Management, a 30-year old New York residential real estate development company, which recently sold its portfolio to Extel Corp.  Midway is actively buying residential and in-town retail properties in several markets outside New York City to include: Connecticut, Texas, Puerto Rico, Maryland and Upstate New York.  It is also involved in non-real estate ventures, including proprietary schools and summer camps.
