Gramercy Medical Building Announces Retail Lease with Gramercy Surgical Center

The Medical Arts Building, 380 Second Avenue, is proud to announce that Gramercy Surgery Center, formerly of 67 Irving Place, has leased 10,000 square feet on the tenth floor of 380 Second Avenue. Gramercy Surgery Center provides two state-of-the-art operating rooms as well as a recovery room, which accommodates urology, podiatry, plastic surgery and pain management. The surgery center plans on providing the medical tenants with a facility, which would allow them to provide minor surgery without leaving their building. As a result of this new addition to the building, ABS Partners Real Estate, LLC anticipates an abundance of activity on any remaining space in the building.
