East Side Medical building, 380 Second Avenue, located near the major east side medical institutions announces its most recent lease of approximately 2,500 square feet of prime retail space to Dr. David Menche’s Metro Sports Medicine.  Dr. Menche, an Upper Eastside Physical Therapist and former head of sports therapy at Hospital for Joint Disease, plans to create his latest state-of-the-art physical therapy facility which will serve the eastside medical community.  This will be Metro Sports Medicine’s sixth location in the New York Area and second location in Manhattan.  Dr. Menche is excited about the new opportunity to capitalize on stunning retail space, while retaining the medical environment that 380 Second Avenue provides.  Ken Findley of ABS Partners Real Estate, LLC represented Dr. Menche and Metro Sports medicine.  Earle Altman and Gregg Schenker of ABS Partners Real Estate, LLC represented 380 Second Avenue.  ABS Partners Real Estate, LLC is very happy to have Dr. Menche of 800 Fifth Avenue as a new tenant.

380 Second Avenue is a 200,000 square foot medical building, with two new lobbies and four new passenger elevators, onsite MRI, CAT scan, and Surgery Center.  The building is comprised primarily of medical tenants including: NYU MRI, NYU Medical Center, Gramercy MRI, Hospital for Joint Diseases, Gramercy Surgery amongst others.
