AB Partners LLC is pleased to announce its latest acquisition of a 3-level retail coop at 547 Broadway. This retail unit of approximately 15,000 SF is located in the heart of SoHo's main shopping area on Broadway between Spring and Prince Streets. Retail neighbors include: Bloomingdales, Sephora, Puma, Banana Republic and Apple Computer.

The retail unit is 200' deep with entrances on Broadway and Mercer Street. According to Earle S. Altman, managing partner of AB Partners LLC, “We recognized 547 Broadway as a fundamentally strong retail location; we see this as a great long term hold and an excellent addition to our existing portfolio of commercial, residential and industrial real estate.”
