           Infineon Technologies, a global leader in technology, semiconductor research, medical technology and equipment manufacturing, has leased approximately 3,500 square feet on the fourteenth floor of 915 Broadway, the 20-story, 215,000 sq. ft. building specially wired at a cost in excess of $1,000,000 to provide high speed communications through fiber optic cable on a redundant loop which is available at each tenant's door along with category five copper.                                  

           Infineon Technologies chose 915 Broadway a/k/a 10 East 21^st Street, because it was one of the few buildings in the Flatiron, Madison Square Park, Union Square area that was wired with fiber and copper and is manned 24 hours, 7 days a week.

           Gregg Schenker, of ABPartners, LLC, agents who manage 915 Broadway, along with Rick Weisfisch and Steven Hornstock, reports that only the 9^th floor of 11,000 square feet with a brand new Oak floor, bathrooms, windows and air conditions, is available for lease along with a few smaller units of space.

           The corner store unit of 20,000 square feet will be available in February at $60 per square foot.
