           Infineon Technologies, a global leader in technology, semiconductor research, medical technology and equipment manufacturing, has leased approximately 3,500 square feet on the fourteenth floor of 915 Broadway, the 20-story, 215,000 sq. ft. building specially wired at a cost in excess of $1,000,000 to provide high speed communications through fiber optic cable on a redundant loop which is available at each tenant's door along with category five copper.                                  


 


           Infineon Technologies chose 915 Broadway a/k/a 10 East 21st Street, because it was one of the few buildings in the Flatiron, Madison Square Park, Union Square area that was wired with fiber and copper and is manned 24 hours, 7 days a week.


 


           Gregg Schenker, of ABPartners, LLC, agents who manage 915 Broadway, along with Rick Weisfisch and Steven Hornstock, reports that only the 9th floor of 11,000 square feet with a brand new Oak floor, bathrooms, windows and air conditions, is available for lease along with a few smaller units of space.


 


           The corner store unit of 20,000 square feet will be available in February at $60 per square foot.
