MANHATTAN’S BEST NEW RENTAL VALUE COMES TO CLINTON
--New Building is 70% Leased in First Three Months
“The Clinton,” the newest entry in the Clinton/Hell’s Kitchen residential market, has found success by offering renters the amenities of a luxury apartment building without the high rents. With a mix of studio, one and two-bedroom units, with rents starting as low as $1,395 per month on studios, $1,750 on one-bedrooms, and $2,745 on two-bedrooms, the building has been so well received that it has rented 70% of the units in the first three months of operation.
“Our motto has been, No Gimmicks, Just Great Rents,” said David Kramer, principal with The Hudson Companies. “We have great apartments to offer at the most compelling rents in town.”
The Clinton was designed to complement the surrounding low-density neighborhood. The multi-colored brick exterior harmonizes with the surrounding context of brownstones and turn-of-the-century apartment buildings. Inside, the building features a landscaped 4,000 square foot rear courtyard and an artisan-detailed lobby featuring European limestone and wood paneling. Service amenities include a 24-hour doorman, fitness center, and laundry room. The apartments feature open kitchens with Brazilian granite countertops, hardwood floors, classic white subway tile bathrooms, video intercom and tenant message service, and wiring for multiple phone lines and high speed internet.
One reason the apartments have been moving so quickly has been the stylish and affordable model interiors designed by UT NYC, recently named one of the top 100 design firms, and handsomely furnished by West Elm, a new subsidiary of William Sonoma.
