210 11th Avenue NE Corner of 25th Street a 100’x100’ 11 story, 3 elevators, distinctive 110,000 square foot concrete and steel former heavy duty Printers Building has been redeveloped into one of the top Art Gallery buildings in the Chelsea Art District.
The following art and art related firms presently occupy galleries and offices in 210 11th Avenue a/k/a 564 West 25th Street:

Work is underway to replace the sidewalk to bring it flush to the building, thereby improving access to the corner store show windows. The store has been rented to Yvon Lambert, the well known French contemporary art dealer. Long-term plans are to lease the presently available entire 9th floor of 10,000 square feet to a high quality art related tenant/architect/engineer or high quality tenant who seeks spectacular river, Statue of Liberty, Chelsea Piers and park views and access. West Chelsea continues to flourish as more creative art related businesses move to the area. The former Royal Paper Company sign, visible from the Westside Highway and the new Riverview Park and Chelsea Piers, is also available for lease.
