ABS Partners Real Estate, LLC is a New York based real estate investment, brokerage, management and consulting firm specializing in the acquisition, repositioning and development of commercial and residential properties.

Our Services:

- Brokerage and advisory group specializing in commercial leasing, investment sales, site acquisitions and land assemblage.

- Fully staffed and integrated property management department providing management services for owned and third party properties, including construction management.

Our Portfolio:

- Five (5) million square feet of owned, net leased and managed properties.

- Core properties located in New York City and consisting of office, residential, industrial and garage properties - with hospitality resort facilities in New England.

Commercial Real Estate Broker

ABS Partners Real Estate, LLC is a real estate investment, brokerage, management and consulting firm based in Union Square, New York City. We are currently seeking a hard working leasing agent/broker looking to build a career in commercial real estate. Job responsibility will include consulting on all facets of customers real estate needs including; locating potential space, conducting space tours, negotiating leases, and much more. Much time and effort must be spent canvassing area buildings and relevant industries by phone and foot for potential customers. The position is entrepreneurial by nature and candidate must be self-motivated, organized, persistent and ready to work. Experience is not necessary, but very helpful.
